Did your application have a recent update?
Your application should update automatically. If you are seeing a delay in this automatic update, you can update it manually by clearing your cache. Follow the instructions below to clear your cache.
- Click on your browser menu to open settings options in the upper right hand corner of the browser.
- Select Delete browsing data > Cached images and files > Delete data
- Return to your EHR and refresh your screen. Alternatively, you can log out of the EHR and and log back in.
