Did your application have a recent update? 

Your application should update automatically. If you are seeing a delay in this automatic update, you can update it manually by clearing your cache. Follow the instructions below to clear your cache. 

  1. Click on your browser menu to open settings options in the upper right hand corner of the browser. 
  2. Select Delete browsing data > Cached images and files > Delete data
  3. Return to your EHR and refresh your screen. Alternatively, you can log out of the EHR and and log back in.
